Rules for Guests using the Pioneer 4 Wheelers Inc. Discussion Forum

These rules must be agreed to in addition to the regular forum rules all registered users must abide by.

After agreeing with these rules, you will also be required to agree with the regular forum rules before you will be allowed to complete registration.  

As a guest on the Pioneer4 Wheelers discussion forum you agree to the following:

1.  Guests will be restricted to one (1) post in the "For Sale" or one (1) post in the "Wanted" forum.

2.  Guests will be limited to 25 total posts in the Pioneer 4 Wheelers discussion forum.

3.  Guests on the Pioneer 4 Wheelers website will not have access to the "Sponsors" section on the website.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

As a condition of participating in the Pioneer 4 Wheelers Inc. Discussions Forum, you agree not to post any inappropriate content as defined below.  Inappropriateness may also be further defined on an individual basis at the discretion of the Moderators of the forum and/or the Executive Board.  You also agree to the penalty system defined below as a way of dealing with violations of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
 
1.  KEEP IT CLEAN.  Express yourself freely, but get your message across without resorting to foul, inappropriate language.  Postings that contain vulgar or obscene language will not be tolerated.  Examples include harmful or abusive language, expletives or profanities, obscenities, hate speech, or harassing, offensive, vulgar or sexually explicit or sexually suggestive language, signatures, photos or avatars.

2.  BE COURTEOUS-BE TOLERANT.  Be respectful and tolerant of others, even if you disagree with their opinions.  Don't use language that is threatening, demeaning, abusive, harassing, hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable.  Don't engage in personal attacks or make defamatory comments.  Don’t provoke arguments or use inflammatory language.  This includes language directed toward Pioneer 4 Wheelers Inc. Executive Board members and forum moderators, who will be working hard to keep the Discussion Forums within the scope of being a family friendly site.

3. STAY ON TOPIC.  Our Discussion Forums include boards covering a wide range of topics.  Keep your comments within the scope of the topic at hand.  The moderators and/or the Executive Board reserve the right to re-locate inappropriately placed posts or threads.

4.  REPORT OFFENSIVE POSTS.  If you see a post that violates these rules, help by notifying the Executive Board or the moderator for that forum. State your reason for reporting the post .  Avoid posting to the offensive thread thereby bringing attention to the situation.  Avoid reporting posts or threads based on the identity of individuals but rather on the actual content of their post or profile.  The Executive Board will not take sides in any conflict and will only act on the specific violations mentioned above.

5.  RESPECT FORUM MODERATING DECISIONS.  Executive Board members and forum moderators have agreed to spend time maintaining a safe, harassment-free online community. Respect their efforts.

6.  RESERVATION OF RIGHTS.  Executive Board members and forum moderators reserve the right to edit, move or delete any postings placed on the Pioneer 4 Wheelers Inc. discussion board.

7. RULES FOR POSTING IN THE "FOR SALE" FORUM ON THE PIONEER 4 WHEELERS INC. DISCUSSION FORUM:
    1. Keep messages on topic.  Is the item "for sale", "for trade", "wanted". or "free"?
    2. Your location must be posted in both your thread and in your forum profile.
    3. NO business advertising by guests.
    4. Do not double post your items.
    5. A price must be listed for each item offered for sale.
    6. When an item is sold, edit the post to indicate the item is sold.
    7. Free items listed are reserved for members of Pioneer 4 Wheelers Inc. first.

Violations of the Terms and Conditions of Use of this agreement will be dealt with in the following manner:

The Executive Board will be notified and provided with a copy of any offensive post/thread or posts/threads that violate the terms of this agreement.  Final decisions as to the disposal of such posts/threads will be at the discretion of the Executive Board of Pioneer 4 Wheelers Inc. and will be accepted without question or recourse.

Offensive threads/posts or threads/posts that violate the terms of this agreement may be deleted, or at the discretion of the moderator, may be edited to remove the offensive content.

1ST Offense- The author of the offensive thread/post or thread/post that violates the terms of this agreement may be suspended from the DISCUSSIONS FORUM AND ALL CLUB ACTIVITIES FOR A PERIOD OF 2 WEEKS (14 DAYS).

2nd Offense- The author of the offensive thread/post or thread/post that violates the terms of this agreement may be suspended from the DISCUSSIONS FORUM AND ALL CLUB ACTIVITIES FOR A PERIOD OF 1 MONTH (30 DAYS).

3rd Offense- The author of the offensive thread/post or thread/post that violates the terms of this agreement may be TERMINATED from the Pioneer 4 Wheelers Inc. discussion forum and membership in Pioneer 4 Wheelers Inc. may be REVOKED without question and/or recourse of any kind.
