Weather looks crappy. I'm still going to show up, but if anyone wants to cancel, go ahead and stay home. The streets are already icy and it not worth driving if you don't want to. We'll work on rescheduling later if we have a low turn out. Thanks.

City trucks are hitting the main roads pretty hard with salt and sand, and they're looking pretty good. I'm heading to the meeting now, will be late.(Nothing new lol)

It was a great meeting! We had 21 folks show up, most were already P4W members, or will be very shortly![headbang] Great location, wish we had Route 66 here in Lincoln. I think that detachment has it's own "closing crew".;-) The drives weren't that bad for me. Y'all are wusses for not coming. j/k Did see several cars in the ditch on the interstate, though, on the drive back.

I think this Omaha group may overtake the Lincoln detachment in a year or two!! Looking forward to seeing you all on the trail and at coming events. If the Omaha detachment needs anything, just let us know!:)

Even Hi5 made it to the meeting! :shock: [blackeye] I was really suprised with the turn out. Alot of familliar faces, and some new ones too.[thumbs] Oxx, Matt, and Jim..still think your all nuts for driving in this from as far away as you all are, but glad you did. Hope everyone made it home ok.

Thanks to all who braved the crappy roads to come out. It was a lot of fun and a great turn out. We'll get together again soon to get some more ideas and get things rolling.
