Ive got a buddy with a stock 2000 wrangler, 4.0 auto. with +/-70k.
for a while he's been having trouble starting. Sometimes it needs to be in neutral, sometimes not. I'm assuming he has a NSS, but don't know where it is on his. I think he's also been having shifter linkage problems, the gear doesn't seem to line up with display.
He just came back from lunch and says it won't start at all. I'm going to help with a diagnosis, but I'm not sure where to start.
